Outsourcing by Authorised Representative ServiceAuthorised Representative Service has been set up as a separate company by Conformance Ltd, a CE marking consultancy with over 20 years of experience.
Conformance is the UK's leading specialist in Product Safety Regulations and CE Marking assessment specialising in helping companies, large and small, to meet the applicable compliance regulations in markets and industries around the world.
Conformance has been offering a similar provision to AR service for many years called DocEUpoint. This service allows manufacturers based outside the EU to meet their obligations under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
With the introduction of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and the UK leaving the EU single market Conformance realised that manufacturers were going to need a more comprehensive service. Hence, our new company Authorised Representative Service was born in Ireland.
