Hi

My name is Jonny and I’m the founder of Heat & Eat Lean Homemade Food Delivery Service. We are a family run ‘home cooked’ (in a commercial kitchen) meal prep company based in Chichester, West Sussex.

We aim to provide great tasting food that requires no cooking or washing up, wholesome and full of flavour whilst adding enjoyment into eating healthy and taking the pressure off the time spent cooking!

After years of meal prepping for myself, I wanted to find a service that would do all the hard work for me so I could spend less time in the kitchen. But, having searched high and low for a service that would not only cater for my calorie requirements, some intolerances and still provide great tasting food, I was unable to find something that was up to scratch.

Combine the above with a friends desire to get in shape and me cooking for him, that I created Heat & Eat Lean meals where it takes no longer than 3 minutes to have fresh, gourmet wholesome meal ready wherever you may be.

We love people’s reaction to our meals which is why we put as much love into the last prepared dish as we do the first.
