With new Tier 4 restrictions coming into place from midnight on 30th December, Moovd want to update you on what this means for the housing market. As it currently stands, it will be business as usual, whilst complying with all appropriate safety measures.

We appreciate it may be frustrating not being able to see friends and family in their homes, but for those of you that wish to get MOOVD, it is still a fantastic time.

Moving into 2021, buyer interest is at a record high, soaring by 40% in 2020 (Zoopla stats). With the stamp duty holiday until 31st March, there are still huge savings to be had.

We realise this continues to be a tough time for everyone and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. MOOVD are a new business who launched 3 weeks prior to lockdown in March 2020 and we have been faced with an incredibly tough situation. Over the last few months we have gone from strength to strength and have grown through not only hard work, enthusiasm and commitment but most importantly from positive recommendations and word of mouth...
